Todo el contenido generado por la inteligencia artificial (planes de alimentación, rutinas de ejercicio, sugerencias de ayuno) es puramente informativo y educativo. La información proporcionada no pretende reemplazar el consejo, diagnóstico o tratamiento de profesionales de la salud calificados.

Consulte siempre a su médico antes de iniciar cualquier programa de dieta o ejercicio.

Crear rutinas de ejercicio adaptadas a su perfil
Escanear alimentos mediante visión artificial para registro nutricional
Proporcionar seguimiento de progreso y métricas de salud
Ofrecer funcionalidades de ayuno intermitente

4. CUENTA DE USUARIO

Para acceder a todas las funcionalidades de VitaSynergy AI, debe crear una cuenta proporcionando información precisa y completa. Usted es responsable de:

Mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de acceso
Todas las actividades que ocurran bajo su cuenta
Notificarnos inmediatamente sobre cualquier uso no autorizado

5. SUSCRIPCIONES Y PAGOS

VitaSynergy AI ofrece planes gratuitos y de pago (Pro). Para suscripciones de pago:

Los pagos se procesan a través de Stripe u otros procesadores seguros
Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente a menos que se cancelen
Los reembolsos están sujetos a nuestra política de reembolsos
Los precios pueden cambiar con notificación previa de 30 días

6. USO ACEPTABLE

Al usar VitaSynergy AI, usted acepta no:

Usar la aplicación para fines ilegales o no autorizados
Intentar acceder a sistemas o datos sin autorización
Transmitir virus, malware o código dañino
Interferir con el funcionamiento normal de la aplicación
Revender o redistribuir el contenido de la aplicación sin permiso

Todo el contenido de VitaSynergy AI, incluyendo pero no limitado a: marca, logotipos, diseño de interfaz, código fuente, algoritmos de IA, y contenido generado, son propiedad exclusiva de VitaSynergy AI y están protegidos por leyes de propiedad intelectual.

8. LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD

VitaSynergy AI proporciona el servicio "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". No garantizamos que:

El servicio estará siempre disponible sin interrupciones
Los resultados obtenidos serán exactos o confiables
La calidad del servicio cumplirá con sus expectativas específicas

En ningún caso VitaSynergy AI será responsable por daños directos, indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes derivados del uso de la aplicación.

9. MODIFICACIONES DEL SERVICIO

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar, suspender o descontinuar cualquier aspecto del servicio en cualquier momento, con o sin previo aviso. No seremos responsables ante usted o terceros por cualquier modificación, suspensión o discontinuación del servicio.

11. POLÍTICA DE USO JUSTO (LÍMITES TÉCNICOS)

Para garantizar la estabilidad del servicio y una experiencia óptima para todos los usuarios, cada cuenta de usuario tiene permitido un máximo de 200 escaneos de alimentos asistidos por IA al mes. Una vez alcanzado este límite, la función de escaneo se deshabilitará automáticamente hasta el primer día del siguiente mes calendario. Este límite puede ajustarse en el futuro según las necesidades del servicio.

The information provided is not intended to replace advice, diagnosis, or treatment from qualified healthcare professionals.

If you have pre-existing medical conditions, follow your healthcare professional's guidance.
VitaSynergy AI is not responsible for decisions made based solely on app information.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using VitaSynergy AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the application.

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

The service will always be available without interruption
Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
The quality of service will meet your specific expectations

In no event shall VitaSynergy AI be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

9. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

11. FAIR USE POLICY (TECHNICAL LIMITS)

To ensure service stability and an optimal experience for all users, each user account is allowed a maximum of 200 AI-assisted food scans per month. Once this limit is reached, the scanning feature will be automatically disabled until the first day of the next calendar month. This limit may be adjusted in the future according to service needs.
